What one interview includes

• A 30-minute live AI interview from a plan you configure: role, level, interview type, focus, job description, points to cover, and up to five questions the interviewer must ask word for word; the review shows which were asked.
• An optional 5-minute practice run for the candidate, free.
• The transcript, the screen and camera recordings where you enable them, a written assessment with reasoning on four dimensions, plan coverage, the caveated 0-100 signal, and session context flags.
• Team review: hiring managers on your workspace vote and comment at no charge; read-only review links for anyone else.
• Webhooks, an API and Zapier-style subscriptions, included.

How credits work

• One credit is used when a candidate starts their real interview. If we cannot create the interview, the credit comes back.
• Invites, reminders, practice runs, plan generation and team members never use a credit.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase or grant they came from, are used oldest first, and belong to the workspace, not a person. We email the workspace owner 30 days before any expire.
• Paid by card through Stripe; a receipt is emailed. Larger volumes or invoicing: support@interviewstack.io.

Compared with the alternatives

A recruiter's own 30-minute phone screen costs their time and a calendar slot. The nearest self-serve AI interview product lists at $20 for an interview that typically runs 15 minutes. The high-volume phone-screen tools start at a few hundred dollars a month for 10-minute screens, which is cheaper per screen only above roughly twenty to forty screens a month, depending on the tool. For a company running ten to forty knowledge-work or technical screens a month, no self-serve product we found publishes a lower price for a recorded, reasoned 30-minute interview.
